We are all in this together. Bear this in mind when thinking of your competitors and colleague agencies.
- Now is a time to collaborate, share resources, help one another.
- Examine some benefits in partnering by sharing some resources, available space, staff. Outreach to your fellow nonprofit service providers could allow some reduction of stresses as we try to manage large, drastic decisions and stay sane.
- If possible, assign different staff members to be responsible for key strategic roles within the organization to reduce personal and staffing challenges.
